Over the past 12 months, my wife and I have had repeat offers at either 0% or very low rates from: MBNA, Bank of Scotland (by upgrade to "One" card), Lloyds TSB, Marbles, CitiCard, Barclaycard, Morgan Stanley, Egg, Marks & Spencer &more, Monument, and Saga.Also which cards have been successfully extended by guys on this forum?0 -
