How to email Tiscali?

Hi folks,
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck managing to email Tiscali lately as they seemed to have made it impossible to email them.
I have been trying to email them regarding a problem and now for a complaint. When you go to the contact form on their website and fill in all the information you have to click on a link to continue which opens a new page saying create an account. This seemed a bit odd but I but I continued. After filling all my details in (and having to search all over for my customer number) and entering it all, it said there was an error this email address is already in use. So it is impossible to use the contact form.
I tried emailing directly to their billing email address which I have used before but it just bounces the email back automatically telling you to use the contact form. Then I found a complaints email address on the website. Tried that and you guessed it the email was bounced back again with the same message to use the contact form.
Has anyone successfully managed to contact them by email or form since they have made these changes? I was told on the phone I had to make the complaint in email or writing. For some strange reason I thought emailing was quicker

Cheers, but thats the one I just tried. It just bounces back an automated reply telling you to use the contact form which I cant get to work0

Perhaps to use the "contact" page you have to first log into your account. Thats why it was asking you to create an account??0
