i text on Jan 26th and hadn't received owt by last Monday so rang the freefone number on their site ( chose the 2nd option and spoke to a human).still nowt today so rang again and they transferred me ( it's an 0870 number),told them the problem and she took my details.they don't have record of who sends texts so can't check and i'm wondering if it's just those of us who text who are having probs?

yes i text aswell and was wondering where my sample was but if people are also having problems by txt i may just have to email too. Myabe we will get extras for the inconvinience lol probably not though!

well after 2 fone calls i still didn't receive owt so i mailed them from their site and got an email back apologising and asking for my address-got the wrap the next day.

I got mine last friday
