Don't know -I got the info. from something else and couldn't see anything on the website either so thought I better ring before I posted on here.

It is def. genuine but don't know how much texts would be. Phonecall was short & quick (but might depend on who you get) - no more than a minute I would say and no being held in queues.

Call was basically: samples are available (I asked), name & address, phone no. if you want to give it, where did you see advertised (I said word of mouth from friend) & thanks, pads will be with you within 28 days.

I would say prob. worth a call.
  • I ordered one by text and got a quick reply saying they would be there within 28 days. Cost my normal text rate (so free for me). I think 8xxxx numbers are generally charged at standard network rate. They are just easier to remember.

oooh cheers will try it now

edit: just to confim i requested a sample by text and it does just cost the same as a standard text. You get a reply straightaway saying a sample will be sent to you. It didnt cost anything to recieve the text either :)

These are good, so if you like them, you can sometimes get a 4 pack in the pound store - proper thermacare ones and the heat lasts a long time :) £3-4 in boots and tescos

Be aware with this- your normal rate is not the same as including any free text messages you have included in your tarrif- even if you haven't used them up, so your likely to pay the general text message price (anything from around 10p) plus the standard rate of an 8xxxx number, in my experience has been around 50p. Not going to break the bank (unless your account is looking like mine! lol!!) but just to prewarn anyone.
