The edible bra and g string and also necklace and bracelet if you want to go the whole hog are available from B & M in Ellesmere Port - but dont know how countrywide this company is. They are only 49p each by the way....
Happy Valentines day to you all - endulge yourself if you are on your own.0 -
I dunno if this is a good deal or not, I think it is on one hand but on the other hand I am a student and it is setting me back a little bit.]
*The treat - Double room en suite for 1 night on v-day in Birmingham city centre, £50 (plus a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates included)
3 course meal with a free bottle of wine at Bella Italia - valentines special £24.95 per person.
Scouted all the hotels using the tips on the MSE site and found my booking on the laterooms site.
As for the meal, most places were offering the same price deal but bella italia was the only one offering wine included.
I still need a gift and keep looking for something under £20 but most websites are quite expensive!

It's my 10th wedding anniverary tomorrow so we just do cards for Valentines Day, my husband thinks it's over-rated! I've got him a large box of chocolates and bottle of champagne from Morrisons for £15. The champagne apparently £23 normally, and the chocolates around £10 I think.:beer:0

I have recently booked a romantic weekend spa break for two nights, dinner bed and breakfast in a luxury 4 star Macdonald hotel for a special treat for my partner and I.
Sounds expensive doesnt it.....
This will actually only cost us £45.00 each (for our Beauty treatments)
The hotel was booked using £60.00 worth of TESCO CLUBCARD tokens! Which is worth £240.00 in deals!!
You need to already have your deals tokens and book at least two weeks in advance... theres plenty of hotels to choose from.

The treat:
Valentine's Card that helps raise money too.
Do something different - and help a worthwhile cause - this Valentine's Day. This year you can show your loved one you care and raise money for BLISS, the premature baby charity which helps provide vital funds to help care for poorly babies and support for their families. So, swap your usual shop-bought card (you'll be helping the environment, too!) for something with much more added value this year.

For a cheap and cheerful valentines idea:
Last year I bought a spiral bound purple notebook for mere pennies and decorated it with various romantically themed pictures such as hearts and roses, I got them off clip art, but if you are good at drawing, so much the better. Then I just wrote one thing I loved about my partner on each page of the book, with a few more pictures interspersed. It looked quite good when I'd finished, my partner said it was the best Valentines gift he'd ever recieved and he still carries it round with him every day.
You'd struggle to find anything cheaper (altogether it probably cost me under a pound) and the personal touch is effective and non consumery!
Now I just need a good idea for this year!0 -
I posted a link to the Valueflora Valentines offers earlier today but actually they've just sent me an email with a 25% discount code on their 24 Valentino Roses which I thought I'd share too!
Product is here:
http://www.valueflora.com/cgi-bin/store/cp-app.pl?usr=&rnd=&rrc=N&affl=&cip=&act=&aff=&pg=prod&ref=Two%20Dozen%20Valentino%20Roses&cat=Valentines&catstr=HOME:Valentines
The code VAL6 gives a 25% discount on this product only (I tried it on the others but it didn't work). Offer ends Monday.0
