T-Mobile mobile internet from esave - wifi included?

I'm interested in the T-Mobile contracts for mobile internet, because the the inclusive wifi hotspot access would be of particualr value to me. This inclusive wifi is described on T-Mobile's website if you buy from them.
I could run the 30-day notice contract for a cost of £59 for three months (after Quidco), though would cost £20 for each further month needed.
With current Quidco cashback, I could in theory get a 12 month package direct from T-Mobile for £167 for the term.
However, e2save are offering a 24 month package for a theoretical £165 (obtained via three cashbacks plus Quidco). I know the ins and outs of e2save and Quidco cashback.
What would make the e2save deal poor for me is if it did not have the wifi. There is no mention whatsover on their website about it. I could call the call centre, but I am not sure I could trust the response.
Has anyone bought T-Mobile mobile broadband, and if so, was the wifi included?
Thanks.
