http://www.bhf.org.uk/shop/donating-goods.aspx will tell you all you need to know.How can you tell if the BHF shop is an electrical shop or just a clothes store?
If you're a taxpayer you can even 'gift aid' the donated item... we got a very nice letter back from BHF telling us how much money they got for the old leather sofas and small hoover we donated recently!0
