you'll be lucky !
All mobiule phone companies have small print along the lines of service is not guaranteed
From my past experience with Vodafone how helpful they will be in trying to resolve your problems depends on who you speak to - its pot luck. Their customer services are very variable in quality
No harm in asking but I'm afraid you are on dodgy legal ground so be nice and throw yourself on their mercyTANSTAAFL !0 -

Vodafone is one of the better networks for signal coverage. But every network has their weak spots especially if you live in a rural area. Always worth checking signal coverage on a network's website before switching networks especially if you want to do thing like 3G web surfing.Prof planning and public rights of way person. hi thank you for your replies
its very odd how it is working as it shows full signal yet the txt stay pending and even on full signal my calls are cut or not recieved, very strange.
it says its good coverage here so not sure what the issue is.0 -
Could be the sim car has developed a fault. You could ask for a replacement sim card.Prof planning and public rights of way person. Studies all things tech!0

Sounds like it could be a faulty sim or even phone...
Do you have another phone and/or voda payg sim ?
You can try the sim in another phone and the phone with another sim... That way you can see if the problem follows the phone or the sim.0
