What to make with duck eggs?

Options
I have received a dozen small duck eggs.
Any suggestions how to use them?

My mum has ducks and I think she uses the eggs in all cooking, just like a chickens egg. I think we had them in the yorkshire puddings on Sunday!
    October make £10/day currently £11.02

I had my first duck eggs on sunday - albeit they were large ones. I had them soft poached on toast. I am a convert - they were the best ever

Your making me feel squeamish. Stop it.:D
Soft eggs are so gross, I like them rock hard. No gooey bits at all.
