My mum has ducks and I think she uses the eggs in all cooking, just like a chickens egg. I think we had them in the yorkshire puddings on Sunday!October make £10/day currently £11.020

I had my first duck eggs on sunday - albeit they were large ones. I had them soft poached on toast. I am a convert - they were the best ever :drool:0
