    I've just had a glass of homemade rosehip wine.....it was lush, but very potent...I feel a flush coming on....(is it just me that blushes and flushes after a drink? I find it most annoying)

    cor blimey I is knackered....runclub was really really hard work and I think I only did about 6 miles (need to map it to check)

    Just had the most delicious Mixed Bean Chilli on Jacket Spud and it was luuuurvely.

    Len your day sounds a nightmare! I did ask earlier if anyone had heard from you, so we were thinking about you ;)
