it is weird Maz, I have to say, I did have a bit of an epiphany moment afer doing the session on my training course where I had to teach the others in my class and I suddenly got some kind of confidence I didn't even have before all the Cruella stuff.

I can now present without handouts, I can demonstrate etc (as long as I know what I'm talking about!!!) . In my old career in PR, I had to give presentations etc to staff/managers or the public and I used to dread it and had to hang on to bits of paper and what have you but something weird did happen at the end of my training.

well, I think that I'm more than ready to go back to full time work now and also take a leap back up the ladder. Cruella is well and truly sorted, processed and out of my head. I think May/June will be the time when any opportunities that are going to be offered will be there (I can think of 3 new posts that I will probably be interested in from what I have seen from the initial plans), although it also depends on anyone else who is interested in the department.

Well, I've not been around for long BB, but your posts seem to be getting more and more positive.
