I have the phone unlimited, international, calls to mobiles, line rental and 2mg BB for £19pm
    I also have 2 mobile contracts 300min 300texts and 300 mins and 500 texts for £22pm
  • No, the site says "when taken with an £11 phone line".

So its £38+£11=£49 and then goes up to £45+£11 in 6 months= £56

I just joined in back in December and the bill comes up to £50 per month. What they forgot to mention is that they charge £1 for paper billing. So sign up for e-billing and drop it down to £49. :D

p/s: still waiting for my free wireless router

what tv and phone package do you have
  • Got bb, xltv & phone for £40. want a v+ box, current charge is £99 any ideas/angles to reduce or remove this?
  • I tried to get a V+ box for free (only 2 months after signing up on non V+) and they were having none of it. Either had to pay the £99 or go without, no negotiating.

They have to send an engineer who takes a good 30+ minutes to set it up and tune it in, its not just a swap of the box.

It took our engineer about 10 minutes to do ours and that was including chatting.
