im not happy with the broadband speed because i know of others who have been upgraded, plus 2mb isn't very fast nowadays, they should upgrade it imo to at least 4mb, that should be the basic speed nowadays.

Was that not the terms of the 3 for £30 deal that you got XL tv for a year as an upgrade and then it would revert back to the L tv package. That offer was around easter 2007 but they probably haven't reduced your package and continued to charge the same price ( I think it was due to increase after a yr).

I got the 4 for £40 which is all of the above plus 300 mins and 300 texts with a virgin sim card for the extra £10.

they may have been on the 4mb connection and that got increased to 10mb for free

No, the site says "when taken with an £11 phone line".

So its £38+£11=£49 and then goes up to £45+£11 in 6 months= £56
