I'm in again please! It really made a difference having done this in the run up to having a visitor to stay this weekend - far less frantic running in circles cleaning and tidying last week, and if it hadn't been for the spare room needing sorting it would have been positively relaxed!

Hiya Flower - are you still on for 60 items an hour tomorrow - my house is desperate for it! Well done on doing your form.

No flying today because I was on the course again - fab course but feel totally pooped now! I'll declutter a glass of red and go to bed I think.

    Hugs to all xx

Yep, I'm in, although I have a lot to do tomorrow, so will do an hour here or there with you... I can sort my cupboard in my office (really backed up with stuff now...)

I've have had a sort of light-bulb moment and realised that I think a lot about what I am going to do rather than actually doing it... Have decided that I will not be sitting on my backside any more unless I am having a break (lunch or a quick cuppa) have finished what I am supposed to be doing or have truly worn myself out!!! ;) (not that I want to die from exhaustion, but you know what I mean...)

I have done that form in about 2 mins, just got DS to do the notes for his Macbeth essay in no time, and it just struck me (as I was actually telling DS - you know, don't do as I do, do as i say kinda thing...:o ) that if you actually DO it, it's done and dusted, not scarey any more, just finished... only took me 45 years to work that one out!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

There you go penguin...I borrowed that from the PAD thread - I love that smilie! xx
  • Thanks pigpen, I’m in again. Maybe just to level 1 as I have some work stuff to catch up on. But hopefully some level two.
    welcome penguin.
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.
  • skipsmum - go advanced and at the bottom of the smilies on the right click on the 'more' and you will get a window of other ones - you need to scroll over to the right to find it!

penguin 83 good to have you back on board - too cold for tents in the garden so get stuck in!!! LOL
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

  • Thanks everyone! My house is already much tidier but we keep having relapses. Husband knows about sink shining and thinks it is very funny. When it got in a mess this week he said "given up on shining the sink now have we" which was v rude but has helpfully put me back on track!!

I'm in again this week. Had a bit of a slack week last week, but the house hasn't got into too bad a state.

Spent most of the afternoon reading "The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas"! Must get the film from the video shop - I wonder if it's faithful to the book?

Anyway, off to bed now. Night all.
