On the moneysaving front. DD wants an i pod nano 8gb (she has birthday dosh to spend) so after trawling round amazon seemed cheapest BUT her Dad works for Littlew00ds Direct so we looked there and then I suggested she ask him as he should be able to get staff discount ... job done! He will order one for her - but why didn't HE suggest that when he told her that he used their website...she thought that we were looking at the price he would pay when we looked on line. He appears to get something like 15% discount so that would be the cheapest option.

Oh I know you're doing it Toots :A- but she is commenting too...and looking more knowledgeable than me:p:rotfl:

  • I only discovered this thread today..what an inspiration it is!! I've got loads more done today than I normally would've..
    Tons of washing and tumbling
Batch cooking ready portioned for the freezer
Most of the house clean & tidy, including all the dishes which usually get left to drip dry are now dried up & put away, so even my kitchen is lovely & tidy.

I think I'll have to visit here more often, you're a good influence on me, tho it is still a big temptation to sit & read back through all the threads!

    Thank you! :T

    Evening.

    School uniform in the machine
    Toilets need a clean
other than that house is pretty much as I left it.

Hex/Vanilla - I went to Centre Parcs with 10 female friends to celebrate a friend's 40th. We had 2 of the big 'luxury' villas for the weekend with hot tubs in the garden/saunas and steam rooms in each accomodation. Had a lovely 3 days chatting/drinking tea, eating cake/chocolate/drinking wine/eating out/watching dvds with a little bit of cycling thrown in

Triker - so glad you are feeling better - did the homeopathy have any effect?
