Yes... I was thinking of posting to put her out of her misery, but once its shrunk, then its only really good for cat bedding or draught exluders. I'd be surprised if the merino makes it either!

Hi,
Hope everyone is well & welcome newbies/returners. So far today I've done laundry, grocery, shopping, errands & showered. My aims for the rest of the day are to do more laundry & errands0 -

OMG I wish our neighbours would get a blind / curtain in their bathroom. It faces our kitchen windows which have no blind either and the guy seems to be washing himself in...well, let's say intimate places...
I am not staring, honest, just looked up from the laptop!! not the first time this has happened
ooh you voyeur!!! lol
I'd pop a note through their door saying you can see him.. they might not know!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
No flying done today... unless you count cleaning the shower on my way out of it :rolleyes: . Went to the christening, which was in a very pretty tiny church. Lovely service, caught up with people (including my little brother) afterwards. Came home via Bicester Avenue, where I went to Lakeland (new digital timer that does two things at once... I used to have one that did four, but I dropped it too many times and it died... and an adjustable cake tin for the wedding cake
). Also managed to pick up some epsom salts in the garden centre.
Have come back, spoken to my parents and am trying to keep warm. Still feeling grotty (woke up feeling like I was either about to have or had just had a migraine... still feels like it), so might go an have an epsom salt bath and see how I feel.
Weather forecast seems to keep changing... but I think I'll avoid travelling for as long as possible just to be on the safe side!
Oh ... and does anyone know where I can find a mask for a masked ball next Saturday?!
ETA - flower... I'm having a 'can't see pictures day', so can't see your handiwork, but well done.0 -

Greenbee - try dancing shops - the sort that sell leotards. The one in our town centre sells masks like that (and hen party stuff - and flags of all nations
)
or these (heart in mouth as has googled 'masks for balls')
(I knew it -velvet cloths - masked balls - posh)
If I am invited out for dinner (at DS GF's parents) would just turning up with a bottle be acceptable or is the fashion to take a gift?Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
