Ebay help re non paying buyer
Comments

ginga don't worry she is making idle threats, she can't have you thrown off because she can't be bothered to pay. I wondered how long it would be before we had the sick child mentioned, it always happens.
Go set your preferences straight away though, left hand side of your my ebay page under buyer requirements. This sort of buyer tends to keep forgetting to pay, so if you can avoid them even bidding in the first place you will be better off.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I wonder if a lot of it is the current idea that none of us are responsible for our own actions. The papers and the claim culture mean we are all encouraged to blame someone else, so a buyer messes up and refuses to accept it is her fault so turns on the only other person involved, the seller.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I had one like this recently, when answering the diputes and the daily emails she sent via ebay messages it was as if 2 people were replying (good cop / bad cop), one saying she will pay please send address, next saying she has paid she had proof going to police...then a few minutes later please remove strike as she has been in hospital, then she has proof she has posted... (of course I was a liar, cheat, ruining her life, she could not afford to pay etc)
it went on and on, in the end I had to say I will not deal with any more communication from her, even after she was Naru'd the messages still kept coming (thanks ebay,! , ) I think touch wood they have stoppped, as they were more of a hassle from a clearly deranged person.0 -

Ask ebay to consider it for removal, many negs are removed after a NPB dispute even where the buyer responded. Yes there is. Contact eBay support.
They will remove negs left by NPBs unless they responded to the dispute AND raised a genuine issue. e.g. claimed your description was misleading.
If they just reponded and said 'im not able to pay because of XYZ' and negged you then ebay will remove it as abuse of the feedback process.0
