Play.com - how to return mobile?

Hi,
I'm ordered a wrong item with play.com.
I would to return it - but I struggle to do so.
Have a look here:
"I would to return an item"
"Select the item you would like to return (click a red button)"
But where is this red button?
If I click "cancel" the return option just disappears.
Any idea?

It should be in the column to the right of 'status - in your browser is cutting it off, as you can see, there is the start of another column - can you try another browser?0
