Haven't updated for a while but have now reached £162 since I started in February :j :j :j

For anyone 'thinking' of joining in and saving £2 coins - go ahead and 'do' it!

I've found that because I sometimes go days without seeing a £2 coin its been easy to save them. I would have found £1 coins much harder to save because I seem to have a purseful of them and I couldn't have emptied out my purse of every £1 coin each night.

I started in September but I'm unable to give a running total as I'm unable to access the box until it's full. :D

    Can I join too please
I only started a week or two ago but counted tonight & I have £26:eek:

As soon as I get them they go into that little pocket that divides my purse & then later into an old asprin tub (the round type with pop-off lid) which is a perfect size! I'm guessing I can get £30-40 on there!

I stopped collecting on Saturday, hadn't had any for weeks, spent £14 worth. Since then I've had £20 in my change. So I've started again now :)
  • I would like to join and I have my very first £2 coin to start with !
