Well, today I went to the bank and changed up all my miscellaneous coins into £2 coins so there was another £18 worth. Is that cheating though?

And then, I bought a bottle of water for the tube journey in and got another in my change! Woo hoo. I'm up to £44 now!

Ooh, I was thinking about this thread earlier today [sad but true] and how I hadn't seen it for a while and then someone very kindly bumped it up for me reminding me to update my savings...

    £2-coin-a-roony!!!!

like molanole, i just seem to be falling over £2 coins. No matter where i go i get a few and today was no exception, just 3 of the golden nuggets and they've been safely deposited in the terramundi. but by putting them in the pot, i have completely no idea how many i have until i break it open (but only when it's full)!!!

my mum threatened to accidently knock it off the shelf and mad some bobbins excuse up of how it may fall off while i'm at work and she would have to save the £2 coins from a bad death and so put them with hers!!!! Pah, what kind of mum does this???
