Can I change the reason why I am saving? My pennie jar is usually for the kids stuff. I intend to use my £2's all on myself now (thats the theory anyway!!)
Its not often I get something all on my own - be it time or my hard earned cash! Okay - Mr T is paying for our hols this year, but they are with OH or the kids!!!!!
So. I am intending to save up and take myself to Scotland. (I planned to do this years and years ago before OH and I got back toegther/married/preggers etc!)
I want to spend a week cycling around Loch Lomond all by myself!
So - in order to do this, I need to save the £ as well as lose lb!!!
So - my £12 - I reckon I have enough to get the train to Coventry!
And a £5 Club??? To rich for me to join!!! LOL!0 -

Ohh what a lovely idea - I was searching for a reason and saving for a weekend away in Scotland later this year would be ideal

Woo, i'm going to start doing this too. I can cheat a little because I already have a random collection of novelty £2 coins collected over the last few years - only about 10 coins, but it's a start.It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
