Very happy! Haven't been spending much cash lately (which admittedly is a good thing! ;) ) but it means I haven't been adding much to my pot either...

    Anyway...

I cleared out all my old receipts from my purse this morning, and found a £2 coin in the middle of the folded up receipts :j (I guess I must have got it as change from something and just shoved it and its receipt into my purse quickly to get out of the shop/stop holding up a queue, etc, etc  - then I forgot about it!!! :o ).

So, one more for me today - and I didn't even have to part with any cash (today) to get it :rotfl: - yippppeeeeeeee!!! :T

If anybody had said that I'd have this many £2 coins within a month of starting to collect them I'd never have believed them!

Another 1 for me today :D

Same here vixxen. I seemed to collect £40 really quickly (in about five weeks!) It's really slowed down for me now though, I got one on Monday from the post office and that was the first in nearly a fortnight. I am consoling myself with the fact that I'm still getting 20p's!
  • My boyfriend gave me a £2 coin!!! yay!!!

Just joined the club. I have a couple of biscuit tins that were destined for the bin. I will now use them for my £2 and 20p coin collections.
