But if you want to go the the ombudsman, don't people have to have complained with full procedure to the bank first. Threats don't really help, cause they are going to do it anyway.
The guy in your post SparciaM broke his account conditions several times. Maybe another bank could have his customer and charges with it, if he could get one.
But remember the person you see in the bank cannot overturn the decision on a credit card. If you failed the credit score, it may be to do with yourself.0
