Try telling them you'll stand outside one of their stores with a banner saying "Don't Buy from CPW". I actually did this to Tiny Computers when they refused to service our computer under the warranty, and hey, they're bankrupt now

I got my recent phone from Carphone Warehouse at the end of Nov, and they were great - the guy there couldn't have been more helpful, and not pushy like the guy at LINK who sold me my previous phone (I was mis-sold, won't go back there).

I would definitely go back to CPW, but I can understand that different outlets have different probs....

If you're havings issues with Carphone Warehouse...
...try emailing dunstonec@cpw.co.uk which is the email address for the MD, Charles Dunstone. It's given out in all their literature and from my experience if you explain your grievance to him he's pretty quick at dealing with it.
I used to work at Carphone Warehouse and while the Customer Service department don't understand what decent customer service is, any emails that go to him are dealt with pretty quickly and efficiently. His attitude has always been "treat customers as you would like to be treated" and hopefully still is (or at least the people who respond on his behalf).

I couldn't agree more. Carfone Warehouse Vodafone and One Stop Phone Shop combined – the worst customer service (or TOTAL lack of) experience I've had in my life, BAR NONE.

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. :mad:
