Warning Carphone Warehouse !!!!

:mad: :mad: :mad: Just a word of warning to all viewers looking for a mobile phone from Carphone Warehouse. i`ve just ended my contract with them and have a new phone with T Mobile. after endless phonecalls and emails i`ve had enough of there crap service. cutting a long story short there service is total crap there management are useless. if i were you "DON`T GO WITH THEM" :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I have to say that I've nothing but compliments for them and their internet sites! Must have bought between 50 -70 phones off them and I always go back! Must be a matter of luck I guess.

I'm £300 out of pocket because of Carphone warehouse. I bought two phones and they haven't refunded me when I sent them back. I'm going to ring them now. Will let you know how I get on in the next couple of hours when they bother answering my call!

Transferred twice so far. The first was maybe my fault because I rang the 0800 number I found at saynoto0870.com - no way am I adding to their coffers because of their bad service. I'm still on the phone now...

They just told me that it would take 21 days to send a cheque from the date of its issue. That has to be a good measure of how good their customer services is. It actually took a lot longer to be able to get them to the point of sending a cheque!

They said to wait another week, in which time, they will be earning the interest on the £300. Shocking!

I refuse to use this company, not because of the rubbish customer service but because they claim 0870 is a 'national rate' when it is (it costs 8p per minute at peak times) and they further claim that they don't receive any revenue, which again is a lie.

I don't like using companies that lie to customers.

I have been wating the best part of 3 months for my cheque so have wrote and told them they will be hearing from my lawyer if i dont recieve the moneys owed within 7 working days, lets see wot the CR***st customer service i have ever had to contact have to say about that (i do like a good fight)
