    £58,
Personally, I would just ring o2 again, and explain that you had problems last time, but wish to buy. Try maybe using a different card, or if you think the problem is linked to you, ask a friend or relative to buy on your behalf, and give them the cash.
At least you would get 12 months warranty because mobiles do go wrong quite a lot.
    Be nice

    £58,

The other problem I had was that the phone was £20 dearer to buy over the telephone than to order online and they said that they couldn't do anything about it becasue 'it hadn't been changed on there system'.
  • I have a problem with a ver big ebay seller who won't accept return of a faulty camera. I am opening a SNAD when 10 days are up but it is frustrating.
The company think I should get it repaired by Kodak as it comes with !yr warranty but I didn't bid for a faulty camera with a warranty. It's the sellers obligation to refund or replace. Kodak agree with me.

The only problem is that you could end up without a phone for a while and your money will be tied up until it is resolved.
