Problem with Orange Top-up Card?
Has anyone else had this problem?
My wife registered a card with Orange
Later went to Sainsbury's and topped up with £10
they swiped the card, the receipt print-out said 'Transaction Successful'
Later I checked my credit - the £10 had not been added!
Wife phoned Orange, they said the card had been registered O.K
but they had'nt received the top-up
"go to Sainsburys - they will re-imburse you"
We went to Sainsburys later that evening
They said "Get in touch with Orange"
eventually the Manager said as a goodwill gesture
they swiped the card again for us
We waited, and 5 mins later the £10 credit arrived on my phone
Apparently my daughter-in-law also had this problem a week ago
when topping up at a corner shop, she has'nt had a re-fund.
Who is responsible, the shop or Orange?
