Anyone on BR Broadband?

I'm currently on BT Total Broadband (Option 3), and am thinking of switching to BE Broadband (their "Be Unlimited" option). It's £17.50 a month for 24meg and a static IP address. This is a saving of £6 a month (plus VAT as far as I remember)
Given that their customer service can't be any worse than BT's (I have been a casualty of this many times), does anyone know of any reason not to make this move?

Don't think you'll find too many people trying to dissuade you from changing. :)

    Thanks for the feedback.
It seems that O2 are offering a slightly better deal - for the first 12 months anyway. The BE website advised that BT rated my likely maximum speed at 20meg, which is the same speed as O2 Premium. So with free O2 connection, and the January offer of 3 months free subscription, the total for the first year is only £132. The static IP adds another £4.89 to the monthly bill (making it £2 more per month than BE), but after 12 months I'll still be quids-on - particularly with the £25 Quidco cashback. And since it's only a 12-month contract it sounds like a no-brainer.
