A car broke down on a motorway, and one of these pulled up behind to render assistance - with its lights going.

A woman ran into the back of it...

She claimed she hadn't seen it...

    Hi all

Feeling a little bit sorry for myself at the moment as it's just dawned on me that when DD1 goes off to Uni later this year, I will be around £500 worse off than I am now and this is going to have a massive impact on my income. Definitely going to have to consider getting a second job. I hate the idea of working full time then having to work extra hours every evening just to be able to afford a roof over my head never mind service my debts. When I am I going to have time to spend time with my kids (which I do enjoy strangely enough?)

Sorry to put a downer on the thread.

Try not to get too blue Suzy although I know where you are coming from.
I have a grandchild bue in March and my other daughter moves to France in June. I work full time and always have and would dearly love to have more time to spend with the family. Sometimes I feel very resentful about it all.

Tomorrow, or even later today, will be better. Spend the time you can with them and let other things go to pot!

On a lighter note , I have just met DD1 and I've bought a Moses basket for the impending arrival. Vey MSE as in the sale at £50 instead of £99 and then I used my DAd's staff discount and the DD2's baby club didcount. £32 including the stand! Saved £82! Mad. :T
