afternoon!
Been into work this morning for a tutor meeting, which was good, me and the other cooking tutor were able to put forward some suggestions for courses we could teach.
Dinner is in the slow cooker and washingis in the machine. Although the house is very tidy, it needs a bloody good dust etc but I need to start AQA'ing.
Beautiful day outside though, feel more like March than January."Stay Wonky":D

Inky yep sure is, then 2 games in the fa cup on itv...
Bathgate who do you support ??
I follow newcastle and we are not in the fa cup any more, infact soon we will not even be in the premier league.
I'm a Kilmarnock fanalthough sometimes  Unpredictable, frustrating at times, but ultimately a huge part of my life!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -

I hope so - I've not even went out as far as the newsagents today. Have heard nasty news reports about snow later in the weekend, which doesn't bode well for a long drive, but I'll go stir crazy if I don't go out!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
I'd love to be going to the football today, big local derby Oldham - Stockport, stadium packed and hopefully 3 points, have to listen to it on the radio though because of my lack of funds. Gutted! (crying smiley)Keep the Faith!0

just remembered there will be no council tax on the 1 Feb. Thank god for that........think I need to do a budget for next month, my finances are such a nightmare these days, I really need a better paid job, I can't live on such low hourly rates for much longer.
My WTC were paid very early this month and seem to be getting earlier and earlier. I've only had them since October and they started off on the 2nd of the month and I had Feb's paid about 3 days ago!"Stay Wonky":D

I am SO grumpy today.
have worked out my debts wrong
tried to work out diet food and cannot be bothered
but most of all I HATE my job.
and now it means I 'll have to stay there much longer then I thought
going to stomp around.
xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
well, that was depressing...........sigh........:(
need to wait to see what my salary is for my admin job plus the little bit of teaching I did in December totals. I requested a refund on my teaching pension as I'd ended up in both the teaching and local government pension and I can't afford both. Can't see my total wage being more than £700 though plus £99 WTC, around £75 Quidco and whatever I can do on AQA for the rest of the month (probably £250), but I'm guessing I'll be pulling a couple of hundred from my savings again"Stay Wonky":D

Poor you - there's nothing worse is there? I hated my last job which I left 16 months ago. I used to have 6 hours worth of bus journey every day as part of my daily commute and even when I got there, I was bored rigid! I used to argue with my boss all the time who treated me like an idiot. I wouldn't mind, but he treated me like a complete idiot. It's making me angry just thinking about what a complete git he was  Thankfully, I got another job and it's pretty good. Good terms and conditions and flexi-time, so I really do believe what's for you, won't go by you.
It's horrid to hate your job, even worse if you hate the people you work with (or even just having one office nark who can pee you right off for weeks! And there was certainly one of those in my last place - spent all day playing Party Poker all day and yet the boss still thought the sun shone out of her considerably large bum!).
Thankfully, not there anymore. I like my boss, my colleagues and most of the work I do in my new place so not much to complain about really.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -

Anyone that has had kids has my sympathies because I'm nearly in tears with this, nevermind what labour must be like!
Apparently Earl Grey tea works for urinary infections too...

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0
