It was hellish Sall,
Just had a charming conversation with my Mom-basically was her giving me crap for not calling since Xmas-I said, well, why didn't YOU pick up the phone? !!!!!!. She doesnt believe me that I haven't had the package she sent on Nov 24th...And apparently, I am spawn of devil for not sending Xmas stuff yet (well, granted, that IS pretty shocking but on top of the rest of the conversation I was grrrrrrrrrrrr!)
And !!!!!!! She sent the package to a house I had moved out of IN AUGUST.
*Bunny decides she doesnt REALLY want to move back to Canada*Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Parents
Always remember my ex having similar conversations with his mother "why don't you ring me then", her response was "it's sons place to ring his mother", what's that all about

Oh dear.
I love it when I have to pay to get grief.
She was also telling me how to live my life...
Brief run down
1. I should insist on going to Dr and getting hormones levels checked-and to stop taking the pill because it's not nice for horses...
2. I must only eat what foods she has decided are good foods 'this week' as per her naturopath/Oprah/Dr/newest Diet popular in North America
3. I must disclipine my children EXACTLY opposite of how she disciplined me (ie. calm voice, sent to room, revoke priviledges etc etc-No smacking on behinds with brush for them!)
4. I should watch St Oprah
5. followed by Dr Phil the Disciple
God, she utterly WINDS ME UP (bearing in mind, this conversation was also intermingled with references to my little sister 'Amy-can-do-no-wrong')Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
oooooooooooo me too.
well sort of.
ate Sunday lunch. feel like a Complete cow.
she puts all that effort in every week and I am SO sick of it. when I asked her to stop ages ago she started to just sit around and get depressed which is what she does during the week when I am at work(I have had days off when she has done this and I know she never goes out)
so we started again. and feel awful for saying this but its always at 2.30 and so i can never do anything on a sunday without upsetting her and then she says I shouldn't worry about her so the few times I have done stuff I come back to her miserable on the sofa tv off lights off. its just too hard
I feel guilty all the time. I know in some ways we are making progress but in others we are in a trench we can't get out of.Nevertheless she persisted.0
