The guy said there was a system error which would not make it available for delivery so he is checking with warehouse. Seems like this may not be a go'er after all.
He is calling back in 10 mins. If I can book it, I will post the result. I sense it could be first come first served
why ring?Cant you just wait to see if you get the appliance or an email to say sorry you cant have one.Theres a chance that some orders may have been processed before they woke up to what was happening, now by ringing in, they are aware of it beforehand.I dare say the original poster, will think twice before putting it on here next time, especially seeing as tho you tried to put 1200 in!0 -
IF this is a mis-price then you will most likely have your orders canceled, so I wouldn't hold your breathWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

I don't think the price is wrong because if you have a look at this thread over at HUKD you can see an employee of B&Q has posted this dishwasher from an instore price list and it does show the price of £89. Think the issue is how much stock they actually have at their warehouse.
I think that this pretty much resolves the issue, it is a genuine clearance price, NOT a mis-price. However, at that price I can imagine a sell out and few disappointed customers, but those who managed to get one can congratulate themselves on a bargainWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -

When you consider that the built in fridges have sold out, I suspect that the above is exactly what will happen - has everybody who has ordered had a confirmation or not. I think they will fulfill on a 1st come 1st served basis.
But personally I think calling them was the action of a 1st class muppet.:rolleyes:0 -
Was in B&Q the other day looking at intergrated dishwashers / driers.
We have an old hotpoint / bosch clone dishwasher. This is a cold fill washer, which heats its own water. I was looking around and they have hot water filling washes now, so far far cheaper, and this is probably why it is a Rating B or so.
Im unsure about condensing dishwashers, but ive never seen them. The waste from the plates, dishes goes down the 40mm waste pipe and should be connected to a waste pipe / sewer run.
Condensor driers are available, but again these can be connected to the drains, and can self drain. Just need to remove the pipe on the back, and put it into the dishwasher / washer outlet and hey presto.0 -
Well, I think this is a genuine offer. Someone above said the discount is much bigger than other products, but that's not the case - B&Q also had hobs, washer-dryers, ovens, and fridges all heavily discounted too (see other B&Q thread). The difference is...they've all sold out now, whereas the dish washer continues to be in stock.
I imagine they just haven't put a stock limit on the orders, and it will be a case of those who ordered it early will get one (most other heavily discounted products sold out around 1/2 am on Saturday morning, and some others on Saturday afternoon). Of course, they may have thousands to shift.
Playing silly b*ggers, by trying to order 1200 and then phoning customers services doesn't help matters...does it?0 -
Well i hope i get mine after this ordering of 1200 as i actually do need one!Converted comper to MSE. Thank you for all your answers!0
