Cheapest Way To Call a A Virgin Mobile When It's In Italy

As the title says, we have Virgin home phone so I'm not sure if that would be the best way or if I use one of these companies which you dial before the mobile number.

Any ideas ?

How do you phone mobiles now?

It costs the same to call it as it would do if it was not roaming and in the UK. Only difference reciever of call pays to recieve it.
