Not sure if it will help you but they had these in my local 'one stop' shop same price!

Hi hels, sorry I'm only just answering I've been at rugby nearly all day.

It's a scalloped circle punch similar to this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/WOODWARE-SUPER-DUPER-PUNCH-SCALLOPED-CIRCLE-CUTS-3_W0QQitemZ300288614006QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Crafts_Cardmaking_Scrapbooking_DieCutting_Punches_EH?hash=item300288614006&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

but the one I have makes about a 1 and 3 quarter inch in diameter cut. Then I just layered a circle on top. I made the mistake of buying the make called 'carla craft' though, it was £15 and I didn't know then that you have to buy a lever handle for it. It will cut a paper but not card without handle - and that's another £15, which I still haven't bought cos it pains me.

I really would love a CraftRobo though (think I'm going to have a word with OH and see if it can be the next 10 years birthday and christmas pressies all in one go. LOL)

Edit: thank you manson666, I'm going to have a look out.

The patterned acetate I bought is blooming thick and I can't get it to curve round in a tube shape. I actually bought it for scrapbook pages so I think I'll keep it for that and try plain for the lovely tubes ;)

Awww sorry to hear that rainmac, as you see from the first pic of the tutorial mine is quite thick and it was hard to manipulate but I could see anything thicker would be impossible to use.
I can't wait for you to try these, everything you do is always perfect and pretty.
  • Very cute chicks.. hope you could share more of your creative ideas... Thanks. :D
