If I was you, I would ring and speak to someone else - this isn't an acceptable outcome at all. They could get your replacement order out on next day as a minimum!

Hi everyone

I know a few eager ladies have already got the new No7 gwp, last week a lucky lady got 3 for 2 and the gwp, the eye mousse was pewter. Have you all got pewter? I've already read about 2 different lip colours but no mention of the eye mousse.

I have just called cs back, they have agreed to send out the damaged items on next day delivery. Just hope they are not damaged when they arrive.

I do agree you should ask for next-day delivery on the items, and they can pick the returns up when they deliver. My only concern would be that I really don't feel secure sending returns to the warehouse, I'd rather take them to a store. Perhaps they could send your items next-day delivery to a store and you could swap the bad ones there? I know too well what it is to feel unable to go out, so this option is only good if you can get out. But it may be worth trying, since the same warehouse staff that packs everything so horribly and doesn't seem to care is probably the same staff that will receive and unpack any returns -- do you trust them to properly record that you returned items? I don't.

Hi everyone, just got back from Boots and had a lovely mini shop! My store (Leicester) has been completely changed around though so I was walking round like a lost sheep for 10 minutes!:o


Anyway, my ACM offers included:

Other things I noticed were that sanctuary is on 3 for 2, no signs up for s&g being on 3 for 2 even though someone mentioned the other day that they saw the signs being put up, so I'm not sure whether that's on 3 for 2 or not. Got bored of walking round in circles then as I couldn't find anything since they've moved it all! There was also a sign on the shelf with the Sanctuary skincare saying 'use your £5 skincare voucher' or whatever those signs say, but Sanctuary isn't one of the brands listed on the voucher, so may need to investigate?

I used a blinkie, ACM £5 off P&P and 250 points no7 voucher and got the lot for £8.90 and £2.78 back in points .


This was on the ss tills and all coupons went through fine (used the point one first). It was quiet though and I was the only one on the ss and the sa was hovering and watching so I thought she might say something but she didn't!


My ss success must have gone to my head cos I wandered over to the perfume and was eyeing up a Lacoste Pour Femme as it's my fave perfume and I've run out, and I asked the lovely lovely sa if I bought it, could I get the free Lacoste Vanity Case (the case is meant to be free with Lacoste Love of Pink). She didn't know so went to check, came back and said she still didn't know. She scanned the perfume but computer said no but she said I could have it anyway!!! I bought these with points (3328) as a treat to myself for losing ½ a stone and walked out of the shop very happy!!!:D


I had to rush for the bus then so didn't have time to get anything else.


I don't know if No7 washing & bathing is still on 3 for 2 but if it isn't then next time I think I'll get No7 softening foot balm (£9.30), P&P Hand Cream (£10.03), GWP free, use blinkie, ACM £5 off P&P, 250 points on no7 from GWP and ACM 100 points on No7 body beautiful so get the lot for £9.33 as well as £3.50 back in points!! I've not opened my gwp yet though so not sure if there'll be any restrictions (like just being valid on cosmetics or something). Otherwise I'll have to have a re-think!!

Just been to Boots. New BLINKIES are out. £5 skincare and £2 haircare. It says Toni and Guy on it, and all the Model Me (part of Toni and Guy range) is on clearance at less than £1.60, so maybe this could be used against it? I tried using a Toni and Guy ACM voucher with the Model Me Jamelia thing but the computer said NO! Boohiss.

Also saw heaps of Gilette and Sure and other men products on clerance too. Can't believe I spent £2.00 on some Sure deo a month ago and it was flamin' 49p today. An SA was doing a bit of shopping, and she pointed this out to me. Normally she is a complete troll, God knows what's gotten into her. After a few "oh darling" and "thank you darling" etc I went on my merryway. Also saw some mini HE at 44p with 100 points so stashed a few of them, and my arms didn't even ache afterwards! Go me!!
