Bit annoyed, so thought I would vent.
Joined this thread last year & have followed it throughout...
Saw how friendly everyone was & when someone asked for a spare GWP I immediately offered to send one.
Did this & havent had a thank you or even acknowledgement that it has arrived!
I, personally, find this quite rude & from now on, I will watch who I offer to help. It doens't take much to say thanks.

I agree Polls, during the whole sale fiasco I rang CS and they told me the system was down but 'people on forums' are posting that they're able to place orders and they couldn't understand it! I didn't dare ask what forums :rotfl:

swaping and giving is not technically allowed don't think martin agrees with it as your having to give out addresses but we still do it from time to time and most of us do have good experiances with it, but yes it is wise to be careful i once swaped with someone on here and they had promised me a gwp or a good gift set that was a glitch at the time as they really wanted the many vouchers totalling over £10 worth i had. In return i got a pair of tweezers that they had got free. This person was well known and i trusted them but it is the risk you take.
May be the person hasn't been on here lately or checked her pm's it could just be she forgot or didn't have time. Pm her to ask if it has reached her safely.

Someone? posted only yesterday that the Sony 4GB USB pre-loaded with "Catfights and Spotlights" from Sugababes was still greatly reduced (£4.xx) despite there being no sale on. I put one in my basket. Today it is showing up as £17.49.

The wall have really big ears lately :eek: :eek: For any newbies who were not already aware of this, please note. The more something is talked about the faster it is fixed.

Just checked my points balance on .com and it is showing as 0 - completely wrong. Can someone check theirs please?

Yes. it does this sometimes when they are updating your account, when it first happened to me I got into a right panic! Check again in a few hours and they should be back. hth

Thanks Katyag and minimoneyme - just called CS and it's all there, she said that it was a glitch and sometimes the points aren't picked up. Phew!

This often happens to me. Sometimes it can be fixed by simply refreshing the page. Other times its back to normal after I log out and log in again. Dont panic its just a glitch (Apologies if I sound like Michael Winner :cool: )
