  • Hi

Sorry if this has already been asked, but has anyone had any success with the s&g voucher in Sheffield.

    Cheers chucks
Crystal Peaks retail park allowed me 1, but only 1, until they saw their manager. Will go back and see tomorrow I think.

  • I meant to ask, does anyone know what a WOW is?
Apparently it's some sort of scheme where you can point out a member of staff for being especially good. I just don't know how to go about it.

Was gonna ask about the same thing ;) since I got a mailing voucher for 500 pts for P&P body serum as well, am thinking of getting

    1 P&P Body Serum @ £12.25
    1 GWP free
    Use
    500 pts mailing
    £5 off ACM p&p
    250 pts from GWP

to pay £7.25 and get 750 pts back and a blinkie

Or is that too greedy? :rotfl: :rotfl:

sounds good to me:D Since I don't have the P&P £5 off voucher, could I use the £5 off WYS £25 in the above transaction instead, or would I actually have to spend £25 for the till to accept the voucher?

I'm guessing the P&P serum is probably £12.75 in London stores. Most products - especially No7 - are 50p more expensive than the rest of the UK.

Ah but I have £5 off P&P also 500pts wyb No7 P&P body serum, (mailing) and thats not counting the 250pt voucher and my double points coupon which has one more use left. so I think, I will just have to buy one. Nearly forgot my 10% discount too.

(Think I will just ring them up and ask them to send it me for free:rotfl: :rotfl: )

free £24.50 item sounds great :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: true money saver esp doing it a few times :D lol

when you shop in tesco, you can use vouchers to get money off your shopping without actually buying the product on the voucher. HTH:D

    Hi Sally06

Have you got inside info on Tescos and vouchers?

My local Tesco (Surrey Quays) always used to take vouchers even if you didn't buy the product. Now they have got rid of their self-scan checkouts and the cashiers will only take vouchers if you buy the product. I've asked to see the supervisor, who just said that no, they wouldn't take the voucher. I asked if it was a change in policy but she was just really grumpy  (same person on two occasions) and said no, the cashiers should never have taken them. I'm polite, always polite and decided not to pursue it then and there. Is this the case at all Tescos? Any suggestions for getting round this, I used to save loads with vouchers! I remember years ago this happened and I wrote to Tesco and got a reply saying they would accept a certain number of vouchers per shop so long as they stock the product, do I have to keep doing that and carry the email round with me at all times???

    Ta v much.

As the P&P Body Serum is now half price at £12.25 instore as well as online, has anyone managed to buy just one and get the GWP.

Online it is not recognising the full price for the GWP and was wondering if it is instore, as it has in the past.(wishful thinking;) )

I had no idea it was 1/2 price. Thanks for spotting this:D

I haven't heard of a WOW scheme, but you can always ring CS to commend a member of staff, and it is always passed on to them.

I don't have inside info I'm afraid:D I'm just a regular shopper at tesco. I think each store makes up their own policy though, but most stores will take some coupons -usually around 10% of the value of your shop. I don't use huge amounts of coupons, just 1 or 2 with each shop I do. But...every little helps:)

    Hi all

Just a wee quickie - I was in Boots in Edinburgh (leith) last night on way home from work. Picked up 3 x sure aerosol deodrants for men reduced to 49p and a Soltan aftersun £2.30, and also 2 rolls of xmas paper. Xmas paper is apparently no longer in their sale and is back up to £2.94 per roll!!! Needless to say, I put it back on the shelf............

    gill

£2.94 a roll:eek: it's 90% off in sedley place. It's on the 2nd floor if anyone is interested. All the other clearance items have gone:confused: They may have moved them to another part of the store?
