  • Had a great shop today. :) Was very pleased to see there was reduced no 7 eyeliners and one solitary xmas glitter liquid liner. :D Ended up with 3 silver eyeliners, 2 bronze,1 liquid liner and 3 pore refining serums for £4.38 plus 750 points. :D Changed my mind about the mineral blusher, it looks very small and not keen on the gwp. I did forget to try my 200 points no 7 skincare voucher on the serums though. Cant wait to go back on wednesday to get the new gwp. :T
I dont think ill bother going there early for the 90% sale, theres only crackers, wrapping paper, big santa teddies, gingerbread houses and a few other solitary bits. (1 homer simpson soap, 2 fig and something hatboxes, nothing worth noting!) May get a pack of crackers if they have any left by the time i get there. :) This is in slough. One sel for 73p he, none left though but plenty of pantene sachets. :T I cant believe ive not bought 1 pantene or he product to take advantage of this offer!! Ive let the side down. :rotfl:

  • Moneysaver86 Make sure you do the more expensive transaction when the new gwp is out. (wed) And check the acm, there might be points on a £20 spend in there. Also theres usually a points voucher in the gwp so you could use that for your next purchase. :)

I've got to ask (big fan of leopard print here). What make are the leopard print tweezers? I've not 'spotted' them in my local branch, and I gotta have some!!
They were Boots Gorgeous (or thats what it said on the packaging). Im not going back up till Tuesday but will have a look then for you and get some if you want.
Finally, I can see you crystal clear

    Thank you :)

I've got to pop into town tomorrow anyway, so I'll have a good look for them now I know such things exist. If they don't have them, I may take you up on that offer

It is indeed, but it's so much easier to make. Learnt it off my Mum last year. Shrikand is really hard to do I think. I'm sure Anjum Anand did it on Indian Food Made Easy last year. I think I should do a cook book too, along with a Bootsing attachment. LOL.

Think I might end up going to Boots tomorrow even though I am trying not to. If I got a posh eau de toillette gift set in the 50% off sale just after Xmas, will I be able to take it back for a refund? I got 4 sets, and I know I will never get round to using them. I still have my receipt. Just not too sure if they do perfume giftset refunds or not?

Hi ikle, you seem very knowledgable concerning Mr B, does the same apply to make up sets? Anyone?
You laugh because I'm different......I laugh cause I just farted!

I don't see why not. I took 2 x Ruby and Millie Eye Bright make up thing gift sets back the other that I got from the 50% of sale, unopened. The SA pouted and glared, but I just did the same back and I got my refund. Hope this helps.
  • Does anyone know if the 200 points skincare voucher works on the protect & perfect lipcare? :)
