I have loads of vouchers to use, can't make up my mind where to go this afternoon. Tamworth, Walsall, Stafford or the Fort? Decisions decisions.

Where did you end up going? Anything worth making the trip for?

  • Hi,

Just thought i'd let all the East London Bootsters know visted the following today

Bethnel Green = Nothing no HE MM GWP reduced sel or clearance
Chrisp St Market = As above
Beckton = As above me thinks the staff that work here must have very full cupboards Lol!:rotfl:

Beckton Clearance = Cannot spend winkies but you can spend points here

quite a lot of the following ALL for just £2.00 each
    No7
    really re newing Body Polish,
    sunkissed b lotion ?
    Gentle renewing no grains exfoliator
    Radiance revealed exfoliator
    Line lift
    No7 sun/fake tan stuff
No 7 Toner in a pink bottle for 50p

Also had what i now know to be an old GWP for £4.25 really tacky cheap looking blue vinyl bag with a flower print on it had an expired 9/08 250 pts voucher contained about 7 sample size items 5 of which were mascara, red lippy, eye cream, tiny p/p cream and a body scrub, correct me if im wrong though

loads of botanics & Sanctury bits priced from 50p upto about £2
Time delay day cream & wrinkle stuff think this may be old packaging £2 each
plus load of different shampoos that i didnt bother to price as i'm sure we are all still looking for the HE & MM or using our winkies.

Also had Boots expert shampoos body creams etc but not enough time to price it all as I had to get back for the school run.

If anyone wants me to look for/price anything pm me as i will probally be going back again later in the week.

Not a very good day for me just some 3 for 2 colgate & a full price TS
Shampoo used my £2 voucher but forget to use my 150ts from ACM  but did earn another winkie.
Wasn't brave enough to try the S&G voucher as i'm usually greeted with a snarl from the SA's here.

Oh well will try Romford later in the week as i'm still looking for bits to put in a hamper to cheer up my BF mum.

If anyone spots a bargain in East London or Essex pleeeease let me know as she goes into hospital this week.

    Happy Bootsing:p

Oh Slough had 2 (what i assume are) old no 7 gwps on the no 7 last chance stand. Ive never seen them before but my 15 year old brother said he had?! Small square pink striped boxes tied with a ribbon and called Me time? They had 5ml p&p serum, another cream and 2 other things in. Very expensive at £6.50 I thought!

£6.50? I am amazed they still have these. They are years old:rotfl: I'd love to know where they keep all the old GWPs that re-appear years later:D I saw the black bag No7 GWP (with brush and mirror) today for £6.50 - Mr B is having a laugh:rolleyes:

I popped into the kilburn branch earlier. HE is full price, no reduced KOS or any other mens products. A few reduced sels on the aromatherapy range. Which is also on 3 4 2, BTW, but I wasn't tempted as I'm not keen on this range. Med bags down to £7 odd and minging (covered in dust, urgh!) didn't bother with these either. No reduced hair products at all to use my vouchers on:( small clearance section with quite a few Meditteranean creams (most had been opened with dirty big finger prints in them:mad: )shower gels, scrubs etc...all reduced to £1.50/£2.50 Also, lots of very dirty looking products on the clearance shelf. Best place for them is the bin:rolleyes:

I saw some Model Me in Savers today. Anyone else think this has perhaps been a bit of a sales flop since the start what with all the various 'glitches' we've had on it? sherlock.gif

    Hi ladies,

I'm goin to Cardiff on Friday, can anyone tell me if they had any problems putting through the s & g coupon at the Boots in the main street.

As i've only just started bootsin (thanks for all ur finds) can someone tell me if there is a clearnace shelf in the Cardiff store and where it is please. :j

    Thanks

Likewise I haven't seen a clearance shelf in the main Queen Street store, I would give the smaller Boots in Capitol a try.

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream has rightly earned its place in the Beauty Hall of Fame. Almost 80 years old, it smells delicious, and it works on everything from cracked heels to dry elbows, via razor burns and insect bites.Read More triangle.gif

    our price PRICE: £18.60

Probably this one though i can't speak from experiece regarding it's effect on spots it's miraculous on everything i've tried it on. it can usually be bought online for a tenner.
