Am v sad...
Have been to local Alliance pharmacy (didn't know shops CAME that small!:rotfl:), found a couple of little bits reduced but couldn't pay w points
. Then to small local Boots and found nothing:(. Then to Regents Way Boots, which was a tiny bit better. Got last two Model Me conditioners reduced to £1.22 so used wrinklie and paid 44p but ACM voucher bleeped, SA said it was because they were reduced items, I said the voucher didn't say that, she went to consult and then said Model Me didn't count as T&G
. Haven't found any reduced HE or Radox or the men's anti fatigue sets but did find the love :heart2: notes booklet. Forgot to price check the purple gift set... Do any Manchester Bootsers know if it is worth trekking to Trafford Centre?

Today I also only got the 2 absolute basic offers from the acm - points with minimum overall spend and points with minimum spend at dot com. Did not even get the usual points offers around store, competitions etc.
That's exactly what happened to me -- twice, in two different places. Try another machine, even in the same store.0 -

i don't live in harbone
the only ones i can go to are the ones in town and the one in kingsheath0 -
I use these Remington straighteners too.
I used to have some Vidal Sasoon ones, but the Remington ones are better and the plates are good/ don't drag on your hair,
these have an adjustable heat setting, etc. The price you pay is reasonable too, as you get a few extras in the set.
I use J Frieda Frizz Ease before I straighten my hair, which can be bought with the current £2 off wrinklie
(the mini 5ml bottle will go through foc, the 25ml bottle leaves you with £1.89 to pay).
......Am sat here with silky straight hair as I write this...lol...all those miss spent years perming my locks!0 -
just back from my local. Only a fool would drive in this weather (I must be a fool:rotfl: ) we have had so much snow overnight in Luton. It does look really pretty though:D
I was so happy to find a naked set reduced to £2.21 I used the sun voucher, so it only cost me 21p:j (I love you mr b xxxxx:D ) lots of naked products under £1, I wish I'd bought more than 1 copy of the sun now:rolleyes:
I also found 2 HE reduced to 44p. This is the first time I've seen the 44p bottles. I grabbed them quick:D
The clearance shelves have reappeared. Lots of reduced DNAge creams, garniers, Roc sets, but overpriced at £14 odd, eucerin, sanctuary face cream, boots expert creams, mark hill conditioners, reduced to £2, I got 2 free with haircare vouchers:D
on normal shelves I found; boots coconut & almond oil soap, 25p, kids shampoo, 25p, nivea sensitive balance shower gel, 46p
there was probably more, but my memory is not as good as SKMS's or nine tails:o0 -
Evening Everyone,
Popped into Herne Bay Boots this afternoon, on clearence (which is tiny) they had loads of No.7 Limited editionSummer Bronzing Palettes for £1 each so got 3 with my points, also found a Time Delay Wrinkle Reducing Night Serum (usually over £10) reduced to £4.50 & it went through FREE with wrinklie :j :j :j I tried to use the 100 extra points on TD from the mailing but SA she say Noooooooo!
Also they had radox handwash refills for 90p they had the reduced stickers on not SEL, would these have gone through as BOGOF?
Debs x****Everything comes to those who wait......it just seems like I have been waiting forever!****0 -
What does the Naked set look like? I don't think I've seen any yet on my Boots travels, not even full price

Was in 4 different Boots today
1st nothing much - no ACM vouchers as it wasn't working
2nd had Olay regenerist & wrinkle decrease face wash reduced down to 73p & 77p got 6 of these with 1 Wrinklie, John Freida brunette tub of intense conditioner down to £1.35
3rd reduced photo frame & albums went through as BOGOF again ACM only has total spend & .com vouchers
4th nothing
You win some you lose some but overall I'm quite happy
My tip would be to go along any aisle your interested in and scan for subtle clearance vouchersBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -

Also my area - but I'm only a new bootser (long time lurker!).
It's great to finally see some information relevant to my stores
Westfield has been good - but their No 7 clearance prices were ridiculous - £8/£9 per item, and similar items were £3-£5 at Hammersmith.
I haven't been into the boots at Shepherds Bush for a long time......hmmm, tempting! High St Kensington is often good as well, it's nice to have a few big stores nice and close. Hammersmith still has the Olay Purple Boxes - has had them for AGES now! I've already got one and really dont' need any more. Also I saw the Naked Gift sets there yesterday for £2.11 (and someone has posted that you can use the sun coupon on these - making them extra bargains!).
Anyway, hope that helps, look forward to hearing more West London boots bargains!!
Hi Smiley and Mess
Richmond
Good clearance - upstairs: DNage stuff (plumper stuff for 7.50ish and you can use the wrinklie), suncreams, 2 L'oreal women's skincare kits. 75% sale - ginger bread houses, hot choc mugs, 4 sets of the L'oreal anti-fatigue.
Downstairs near the chemist: No7 nail polishes and 17 eye makeup, 17 silver clutch bags for 1.00. No handsoaps or shower creams. Reduced Model Me, Charles Worthington, Trevor Sorbie. Will have to argue to have the 150pts T&G ACM coupons added.
Kew
Model Me and some Charles Worthington, Trevor Sorbie reduced. Again, will need to argue to have 150pts T&G added ("coz extra points only applicable on full priced items"). Have 5 sets of the L'oreal anti-fatigue sets. No handsoaps or shower creams. 75% sale - the usual.0
