I'm just wondering whether to spend it quickly or to save it for my city break in 3 weeks time.
Hmmm...
Also - in my local today, the wrapping paper was down to 10p but went through the till at 2p!!0 -

I have just put the three items in the basket online (Blissful Body Wash, Sumptuous Bath Soak & Completely Quenched Moisture Lotion) and it says 'Missed Offer' indicating that the total of the three items didn't qualify for the GWP (although it comes to £24ish). So I'm wondering whether the Moisture Lotion isn't included although it should be?
Am quickly catchin up on about 30 pages so apologies if someone has already replied...I bought the same 3 items in store on Thursday and realised after that 3 for 2 didn't work. I went back today and checked the display again - can't see any reason why the moisture lotion wouldn't be excluded, so asked SA and she refunded the cheapest item and said it should be 3 for 2... I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?0 -

I told her I had used both the other day but she said it isn't allowed now. I had to pay £13.xx to get the GWP so not happy although it was made better because I had £6 of gift vouchers.
Also my GWP didn't have the 250 point voucher but I knew that by looking at the code. quote]Snipped.
Hi Shirlgirl2004! Sorry to hear what happened to you today, being refused the blinkie, £5 ACM and GWP. At least you had some gift vouchers to soften the blow, but even so, it makes you feel a bit fed up when the till says yes but the SA says noRecently I've had a spate of troubles in there trying to get the relevant blinkies or wrinklies by meeting the spend but have either not been given a voucher or been told they've run out, so tough basically! Groan...
They let me do the combo in that store the other day, but like you when I got home I found there wasn't a points voucher in the GWP either. High Chelmer seems to have the same GWP's with nude lipstick and no points voucher. There is lots of old GWP No 17 on clearance in High Chelmer - Vintage boxes, Bronzer and brush sets, Silver purses etc, etc - all for £1 each if you didn't know already?! HTH:D

Used my last Blinkie today and got
No7 Bliss Body wash £7.80
No7 Bliss Body wash £7.80
No7 Bliss Body wash £0.00 3 for 2
Free GWP (with voucher, code 029)
£15.60
Less Blinkie £10.60
Also used £4.50 in Luncheon vouchers
Total to pay £6.10
Gained Wrinklie
Also used double points so got 80 altogether, forgot to use the one from ACM
Also got 2 73p HE and 200 points
I had no problem using the £2 haircare voucher yesterday, I got 2 reduced items, I also had a 150 point voucher from ACM. When I paid I handed over the points voucher first and then the £2 haircare voucher. HTH;)0 -

Where are the reduced bits? I've looked all over High Chelmer and couldn't see them anywhere. The GWP I got the other day that had a voucher came from High Chelmer but I guess they must go through them a bit quicker.0 -
Shirlgirl2004 - High Chelmer is a much busier store I reckon, so as you say, probably got through them quicker. There is a 4 shelf stand near the double doors oppersite Topshop full of clearance No 17. Theres also loads of wrapping paper for 20p nearby!! HTH x0

Hello, been avoiding boots as running out of space to store things! Did have 2 blinkies to use up so popped into town and found some reduced no7..got two eyeliners in Majestic (the a/w 08 purple packaging!) for £5 each a right palaver at the till as they scanned at the wrong price! Luckily the lady behind me was also getting one so was very patient (thankfully!)- hello if you were an MSE'er! Managed to also get them to add on manually the 250points voucher so was very pleased!

Phew...finally caught up!
Decided to pop into Boots at Fort Birmingham yesterday as I'd never been...was impressed when I walked in as it was huge.
However I ended up leaving a bit disappointed
- couldn't find any reduced/clearance shelves anywhere
- found the L'Oreal Mens Anti-Fatigue set, but it scanned at full price
- found the Gillette Putting set, but after the L'Oreal set scanned at full price on SS tills and I had to get SA to void it, I chickened out of scanning this as couldn't really remember what the offer was
- tried one of the new No7 handbag mirrors with the blinkie but wouldn't scan so SA voided that too
- After getting flustered on the SS tills, first time ever used them, I walked out without my AC! Luckily I realised as soon I was out of the shop so ran back in, and SA had put it in the tilll...:A
For anyone looking, there were about 5 or so of the Gillette putting sets, on a display at the end of the aisle where the normal Gillette products are.
Also they have the full range (I presume) of the new No7 accessories - lots of nice things, but agree with OP's that they have put prices up...
Oh and then to finish off my eventful trip, it took me 55 minutes to get out of the car park!!! I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?0 -
boogellyboo wrote: »With regards to the Sanctuary vouchers, I 'spent' a few that came in my first post xmas .com delivery and everyone beeped and had to be overridden. My mums just been over and used hers this last week and not one beeped, even in the same shops Id previously been given every excuse possible for them not being valid on the items Id chose. Hopefully they've fixed the tills now to accept them, I only remember because I prewarned my mum 'That one beeps, be prepared to fight your corner!'
I used one of these vouchers a few days ago. Didn't beep and registered on the receipt but didn't actually take the £3 off!!! So just be careful to check receipt before walking off to make sure it has actually taken the £3 off.0
