worth keeping an eye out around the new stands in store for the new mens gillette range, they appear to be putting the same promo on that they had last year with the free golf putting set, just have a new sticker on the front of the old stock (it is definatley old stock and it definatley goes through as 0.00 :D)

i got a couple of these for my husband last year and he thinks they are great and even has one in his golf bag!!

if in doubt as to whether they are old stock, turn them over and read the expired expiry date :D:D
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D
  • Anyone else noticed the new HE bottles are 300 ml compared to 400ml in the old bottles? Crafty way to hide a price hike!
Yes, I noticed that. I walked past a stand of the new bottles today, seems like the price is over £3 too.

Mrs BB, Mr B hasn't given us a lot of choice now, it's eBay or nothing I think, he's created a black economy.
I was lucky enough to be able to get an Elle vanity case in the online sale, also a boxed set which is much bigger than I thought it would be. I'm very impressed with the products inside.
It's worth hunting down on eBay but goodness knows what the postage would be, it's quite heavy.

There were quite a few toys in the Arnison Centre, Durham today with green parcel stickers on. Presumably these are reduced but the SEL's seemed to be showing full price, worth getting them scanned to check, lots of Bratz toothbrushes, sparkly cosmetic sets and ITNG stuff.

Also found a few mega bargains in S*******g over the last few days, they are clearing loads of odds and ends at stupidly low prices. Most of it's gone now but worth looking as they keep on bringing new things out.

    Afternoon all.

I had a dispatch email today for some of the things i ordered. My other order is still proccessing so i called them up and asked why its taking them so long to process my order. He said its taking them so long because they dont know whether all the items are in stock or not so i asked if he could tell me which of the things i ordered i will be recieving and he said he could not tell me until the item is ready to be dispatched . Bit gutted as i bought them as presents and for myself also. And the stuff i have never heard of but ordered is coming. typical. I asked if my order which is still being processed will definately be delivered and he said yes .... so dont worry.. one of mine is also showing as being processed but he said its definately getting delivered but i dont know what will arrive

Baby girl due april 2016! cant wait to meet her. xxx
  • according to cs this morning my order (with an elle bag) is currently in the warehouse and she is 75% sure I'll get it , but when, she doesn't know. She told me to ring back monday am and ask them to check with the warehouse.
btw she is as frustrated as us with the sale, she had an order not go thru, a self-filling basket and didn't manage to get anything in store either. She said 110% the sale won't be back online and the stuff wouldn't be shipped to stores it would just sit at full price and would sell eventually
All baskets will be cleared at the start of Feb as they are doing a data cleanese (do they use No.7?) to get rid of the phantom basket filler.
So that's today's story. Let see what happens next week :rotfl:

edit - forgot - Watford Waterfields - Still loads of Reduced No.7 sun/skincare (sorry, I got the last hair spritz)
    No reduced HE left
    no GWP's
IIRC last year dot com had a little clearance section that appeared, presumably with returns from the sale. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up but it might be worth looking out for in the next few weeks, maybe they'll clear the last few bits that way.
  • Don't know if it's the same anywhere else but the little store in Old Swan Liverpool had small bottles of HE 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner reduced to 44p, so two bottles, 88p and 200 points! I did leave about five there if anyone's passing, but none of the rest of the HE stuff was reduced.

Edinburgh Bootsers - North Bridge have the greasy roots/dry ends HE shampoo reduced to 37p. Just bought a couple. Would have bought more but that one's my local (even though I tend to spend more time in Princes St), so I don't really want them to start getting suspicious.

Suspicious of what? It's a fair and legit offer on their part and no limit on how much you could buy. Most folk (including me) would have picked up at least one blinkies worth.

I know what you mean, but it is odd as a bootser to feel 'ripped off' - the cheapest I can find the elle and st tropez on fleabay (which is what I would want, I got the St Tropez set twice anyway but its something I use a lot of being so pasty :rotfl: and the set is good value at 75% off) is about £20 inc delivery each, which is terrible as if Mr B had his sale back on (both items are showing in stock on .com) one would be £11, and the other closer to £9  So £20 for both, not £40 like fleabay

But hey ho, fleabay it must be, and I suppose its better to do it now than wait as the market is quiet saturated atm x

That was what I picked up as well today, same price, in Bulwell.

But it does seem to vary from store to store what HE (if any) is reduced, and what price you pay for it.
  • HE is still available in Boots in Retford. Been there today and bought 5 shampoos and 6 conditioners and there were still several on the shelves of different types at 73p and 88p and 2 in 1 not sure how much they are. Also still approx 6 reduced No7 blushers I bought 3, 3 hair spritz at £1 each, two silver eyeliners and a nail polish, plus a moisturiser. I gained 2 blinkies (think it should have been 1) and 1108 points and I only parted with £10.45 using my mum's over 60's card as she was shopping with me.
  • has anyone else got the no7 complete artits collection. ive ordered it and was just wondering if any good
