They had left the no.7 3 4 2 sign still up so lovely sa let me have foundation free, so handed over extra point 250 and then blinkie for £5 off. In total paid £13.60 and received 274 points. :T

They did have the previous GWP of the purple box with brushes tried putting that through but the sa said you had to have a coupon for that. Wasn't sure and as i was going to say 3 4 2 sign was still up didn't want to make a fuss.

Would just like to say THANKYOU 2 everyone for all their helpful tips. XXX

ok so i buy a p&p lipcare and something in the no7 range 4 9.50 use a blinkie and the 5 pound off p&p voucher and pay 8 pounds? what is p&p then? sorry im a bit behind with all this

    hi,
P&P is protect and perfect range Of No7. Use blinkie and use ACM voucher (card machine in store where you print vouchers out) for £5 off p&p range. Remember to pick up GWP too!

You may not get £5 off p&p voucher on the ACM, Im afraid it is all a bit random when it comes to the ACM.

CS are usually ok about replacing broken items, and from many of the posts on here they don't usually expect peeps to return the damaged ones. It sounds like you got a super keen advisor, maybe they've had a lot of complaints lately and feel that some people are trying to abuse the system and their generous returns policy. That's a shame because people like yourself with genuine complaints are made to feel uncomfortable about making a complaint.

Personally I would ask them for a returns label and send the remains of the damaged/incomplete items back, or arrange for them to be collected, there's no need for you to be inconvenienced by having to return them to a store and I doubt if they would expect you to return broken plates as it would be dangerous for the person unpacking them at their end.

With hindsight it's probably best to take a quick photo before you throw away broken things so that you can offer to provide them with the evidence if need be.

    .

sorry to anyone that has had problems with broken faulty items from boots.com ..... but at the same time if you had bought it out another store you would have had to return it to get a refund / replacement .....

Hi there I would like to ask a question please?
I've got the jist of how to earn points - but would like to ask about spending/redeeming them.

Can I use my blinkie when getting the gwp and pay in points?

    Thank you
    Aggie

    Hi there Aggie,
Redeeming points is easy, get what you want then take to till and tell SA you want to pay with points. You will have to have enough points on your card to cover the whole amount of your purchase.........eg buy deoderant at £2 you must have 200pts to pay. You cant pay a bit with cash/card and a bit with points. You don't ususally get back any vouchers and you can't use any vouchers in the transaction. I usually wait till I have tons of points and then buy a treat for me!!

Next time you're ALBION STREET store have a look upstairs at the kiddies clothes. On Monday there were lots of reduced items including a whole rail of summer outfits (t-shirts, shorts, dresses etc) for £2 & £3 each.
