Years ago epilepsy was just the idea of one kind...ie you had it that was it , if the meds worked then fine....if not then pillow over face.With things like benefits thats now rare.For gods sake epileptics were burned for being demons not so long agao , and in some parts of the world probably still do.

Not so long ago it was classed as 3 kinds , now neurologists realise that there is many under a generalised public heading of "epilepsy".The vary in severity widely.

My wife has epilepsy and gets dla , ranging from the full on flappers , memory confusion , absences , even as physical pain etc.She even has half bodied jerks or paralysis sleeping , and even apnoea which itself could also be loosley thrown into the pile .Some everyday things make matters worse , chemicals in food , lights , smells , and certain meds which prevent the absorbtion of the aeds.For that end of the spectrum dla is granted at full.

To add even more fuel to the debate fire , for a lot of people non smoked cannabis herb works better than epensive med cocktails....but I dont need to tell you its illegal.

OP_Get to an independant tribunal , get the cab invovled , a lawyer , doctor , neurologist statement hopefully with mri scans/video , and medical expert to prepare a case statement for you and for them to be there on the day as well as yourself.Its hassle sure , and thats why folk give up.In fact they (benefits agency) dont always turn up.

The better half nearly gave up , and she won eventually after years after it being denied on reassesmnet.Reasoning is that she was at risk to others as well as to herself....her dla full restored.

To that eejit that said you dont have a right , your not only wrong , but a nasty peice of work.We have rights to benefits here in the uk , and to medical care also....dla itself is an extension to that care as well as a benefit .But you have to fulfill the criteria for it.AKA jump through the hoops and beat off folk like you in the process ,those rights that are there to protect us from folk like you.

Its sad that you like to troll these forums and disrupt people who need help not criticism for you, you seem to get great delight from it.

I think you are not Polish is just a alias and you motive is because you get great satisfaction causing trouble.

If you live in Poland why do you spend most of your time on here? Perhaps the reason is you are not Polish or you dont live in Poland now but get great delight in get some response form your negative posts.

Either give some practical advice or please shut up and go away
