MAAF e-mail problem

Hopefully someone from Plusnet/MAAF can answer this.
E-mails to/from MAAF addresses are being bounced back as not delivered with an accompanying error message.
According to MAAF website this has been rectified. However, Tech Support have confirmed, on an open ticket, there is still a problem. So why is the status shown as "green" when the system has still quite clearly got problems. The last update from Bob Pullen advises it's all fixed - it's not!
O.k., I accept faults do occur but this should be notified in the status section if they are still not rectified.
Should this be in the vent thread?:D
