RE the OCD the use of spray is a lot less than i used to use! I am receiving treatment already. I get it at tesco which currently have it for £2 but its normally around £3.

Have you tried Stardrops? It is a concentrated cleaning liquid that you dilute into a reusuable spray bottle.

I don't keep tabs but it's probably way high, like £100 or something a week cause of my diet coke addiction and the cat food etc.

Thats for me and DD and 2 fat cats.

Maybe less than that, I don't know, I go to lidl for bread and spend £35 and then go back 2 days later and repeat :D
  • Between £100 - £150 per week depending on how ravenous the kids have been. :o

I know some of you spend alot less & i'm amazed at how.

Monthly we usually spend around £100, so around £23/week. That is for my partner (an omni), me (a vegan) and 2 chinchillas. It also includes cleaning, toiletries etc.
We have been spending less recently though as we are eating through the freezer and cupboards more so we can save more money.

I think the biggest saving is making all our own bread, rolls etc. Okay it does mean that instead of the needing a shop for bread we have the needed shop for flour but these shops are less often. Also the other way we keep the spending to a minimum is my partner will go on his bike with only his bike bag. We can only buy what fits in the bag so we end up only buying what we need! We do go to the shops for a big shop every now and then but not often (mostly because we don't have a car and rely on my ma or taxis) - last big shop was probably 4 or 5 weeks ago.
I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy :D

    £100 plus :(
  • As my OH works away for over three months at a time, we do a massive shop when he is home so the cupboards and freezers are full to bursting, which will cost about £170ish. I also get a fruit and veg box every two weeks; great bargain and seasonal. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, quorn, veg and tinned fruit.

I also use Iceland for milk and the 99 abnd £ shop for toiletries, crisps, fizzy pop and chocolate.

I spend between £5-£10 per week on food for me and my 3 year old son. Though I've now got £6 in my account to last until payday, having spent £20 on food last week, which was the first spend since the last week of March. And just under half a tank of petrol which fingers crossed will last the month or I won't be able to get to work anyway!
We might not eat well but at least we eat. I can't imagine having £300 a month to spend on food!

    I'm lost for words £5-10 a week!
