Not bindweed (got rid of most of that), himalayan honeysuckle is a pain, so are buttercups and bramble. But procumbent pearlwort is a tiny mat plant that seeds liike mad and grows on our raised beds until they look a bit like a canal with a blanket of canadian pond weed! And you can never get rid of it all :(

How can something so small be such a pest?

I've got Lesser celandine! Its alot worse than that, only grows for a few months then dies off, till next year. To make matters worse the little root bulb thing it grows from is a quarter size of a finger nail :(
  • Get some goats in to eat it all. Do it a few times and it won't be able to set seed.

But its got those lovely yellow flowers that open in the early spring sun! I'll accept that its persistent but its more cheerful than annoying ;)

    yep horsetail/mairstale - nightmare

I just crop the tops off as they appear. The only good thing to remember is they don't strangle the roots of the veg so things keep growing.
    Kind Regards

Mowing it is meant to work after a few years, or just keep chopping it

Let it spiral up canes then spray with glyphosate based weed-killer.
