We talk about food off and on throughout the day at work and now it's my day off and I'm still talking about food.
So far had a bowl of sugar free muesli with fat free yoghurt. It's my favourite meal of the day - doesn't require planning or cooking and tastes yummy in my tummy!!

well done sally,
i went for a run today too, obv not in yur league......yet week 3 of C25K,
housework done but im torn and i need your help guys
now do i buy davina workout for a 1 off fee of £19;99 and cancel gym of £37 a month or notnow i know what the mse way would be, but i really enjoy gong for the swim and spa twice a week, i can easeily afford the gym, now both debts yes just down to 2 debts now :j:j:j are 0% (but they are the biggies )and i really could do with the incentive to get this weight off.
so what would you lot do in my position???
WEbby - i would stick with the gym, after all you are getting reasonable use out of it... workout vids are well and good but y'know it's not as wholly satifying as the gym and swim/sauna etc....
i wish there were a decent gym around here but the're not up to much at all... no nice private gyms, and council ones are naff!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
