I love the one where the bear says "I'm still a bear... if a dinosaur turned up right now I'd rip his head off!" :D

Ooh, I've got the chance to participate in some exercise research after Evie's born. It's to do with the effect of personalised, supervised, structured exercise (of one hour a day for five days a week over 12 weeks) on being overweight or obese. I never thought I'd be glad to have a BMI of more than 27 [it's far more than than but they haven't given an upper limit].

They'd measure my resting metabolic rate and body-fat composition at the start and at the end. What really draws me to it is... it'd be like having my own personal trainer to ensure that I stuck to the exercise.

So I've sent off the email to say yes, I'm really interested in participating and June to September would be perfect for me! Finger's crossed I'm selected.

sounds like a great thing Cat!
